Ward Dudley

I earned my Bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University and an MBA from Rice University. With over 16 years of experience in Oilfield Services, Completions, Remediation, and Drilling, I’ve had the opportunity to work primarily with smaller organizations, taking on diverse roles in technical sales, operations, and leadership.

My strengths are creating and evaluating market strategies, building teams, and implementing operational structures that drive success. I’m passionate about developing tools that enhance organizational visibility and automation. I’ve contributed to significant revenue growth—from $15 million to $100 million—and have managed P&Ls up to $30 million. I understand the challenges of change and the importance of building scalable, sustainable business structures.

I enjoy spending time with my family, training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, cooking, and being outdoors.
